We invite you to join the Pediatrix family and help shape the future of health care!
We have a great opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to join our amazing team at Pediatrix Medical Group as a Practice Manager at our Pediatric Speciality Clinics.
“This is easily the best role and organization that I have ever worked in my career. I attribute this to two things: top-down leadership and compassion.
My manager is the perfect blend of knowledgeable, passionate and guiding. My manager's manager also exhibits these traits, creating an environment that inspires me to rise to any task in an effort to care for our patients.
My only concern, if any, arriving at Pediatrix® was whether or not this company had a soul. Having just worked for more than a decade at a non-profit, faith-based organization, I was unsure if those around me would still be compassionate and empathetic in how patient care is delivered. And I'm happy to say I have witnessed incredible acts of compassion across all levels of leadership. I have also seen patients receive the right care, in the right setting, at the right time. I am proud to work for a best-in-class health care company that takes great care of its patients every day, and in every way.”
