    The Remote Associate Vice President (AVP) for the Pacific Northwest region will lead a profitable and comprehensive business and growth strategy in the assigned submarket, executing the vision, goals, and direction to achieve objectives. The AVP works closely with national, regional, and practice leadership to drive optimal organization dynamics, financial performance, operational efficiency, physician and hospital contracting, and safety advocacy and oversight. This includes ensuring positive and collegial relationships with hospitals, system C-suite executives, physician practices and all employees. The AVP is responsible for the oversight of Operations Managers to enable those teams to carry out optimal practice operations functions. Specific responsibilities include region assessment and development in all areas, interface with sales and marketing teams, regional and national growth teams, and regional medical officers. The AVP will also serve as the submarket liaison for Managed Care and drive optimal Shared Services support for the practices. The AVP is responsible for optimal practice growth and performance whether region growth (same store), hybrid, OGI, acquisition or portfolio business.

The Office Manager coordinates the daily activities of the office team, monitors the work flow within, delegates work assignments, assures appropriate training is maintained, assists team members in problem resolution, provides reports of individual and team performance to the Practice Manager, and serves in the absence of the Practice Manager.
